If you try a soft reset and the issue continues, contact our Tech Care team so they can file a Trouble Ticket for you and get this resolved.
Only issue is they’re new old stock from 2017 and 2018 and chances are good the included T-MOBILE SIM card will be expired. The unit I received was manufactured 11/2017 with a SIM that expired 12/2019. I decided to just buy a fresh new SIM at the local T-MOBILE store for $10 and move forward. You’ll probably have to do the same.
