Im in redmond and my internet has been out for 2 days now. calling support just goes to an automated voice saying service will resume in X hours which keeps shifting back. This is absolutely horrible service and its been happening at least once a month. I cant believe im paying 70$ for their top of the line internet and still experiencing this.
