If growth rate for either of those is >70% then I feed to increase the growth rate for the other stat. It also depends on the thrall. For example, increasing a Berserker's vitality is less useful than increasing a Teimos', because Teimos' gets way more HP per point in vitality. Idk man I’ve found all the high armor have 1 or 2 pieces of strength then 1 or 2 of agility, so you always sacrifice your main damage type for a piece that boosts the damage you don’t do.
