So I checked my P320 and with a magazine in it, I can only spin the takedown lever about that far and with pressure it can get stuck. But if thats not your issue, and its cleared of mag, release the slide back to normal, hand rack it a bunch of times, lock the slide back and see if your gas pedal can go fully down. If you can move the lever back to its original position (horizontal to slide), get a good grip of the frame, put the muzzle down on something like a carpeted floor and push down holding it till the frame meets the floor, hold it and lock the slide. If that works, you should be able to take down the lever from there..
