Although technically classified as smartphones but due to lack of support and services and basically being reduced to dumbphone status, my favourite "dumbphones" from the past are the various BlackBerry devices I've used, most notably the BlackBerry Bold 9900. There is a guy working on a telegram app for kaios devices using tdlib. He has made good progress and is ironing out bugs.
