In pic 2, it wants you to rub it's tummy. If you can't somehow get it using the propulsion gun, you could try going far enough away that the base walls despawn and it might fall out. Especially if you manage to lean it against a wall. Other than that, console commands are the only option I can think of. Though opening them disables achievements.you should be as close to the terrain as possible. it will dig 40 meters 360° all around you. go into the seamoth, swim away from the dug spot, to be sure the double distance, so 80 meters or more if you want to, save game, close it, open it again. the dig command will be undone and the original terrain will be restored when you close and ... But it looks like they just drove it onto dry land, running into it should be fine. A seamoth is just not that expensive to build, and basically nothing in the game is irreplaceable. It is possible to build base units with vertical sections/ladders up to it. It will be a massive undertaking, requiring you to gather ridiculous amounts of titanium, but it is possible. Grab the mobile vehicle bay bring it to the cave in the island deploy it climb it and if you did it right you should be inside of the island (not in the cave outside of the walls) then you can pick up the vehicle bay and go grab your seamoth and drive it out of there (to leave just drive where a wall would be and your seamoth will take a bit of .... Spectrum isp outage
Build as high as you can, connect a pipe, and dismantle the bottom. Not sure how it goes and how you can climb the pipes. Once you are up there and get into the seamoth, it should obey laws of physics again. Probably not worth the hassle unless you have already saved. Hope they still maintain bugfixes.
