It is inspiring to witness Tim’s success, and we are confident Square Keg will reach greater heights shortly. This was only my first batch through the Square Keg, but so far so good. With any small keg, beware of the potential to over carbonate your beer. Definitely keep the pressure under 8psi. I feel it is fine to set it at 12psi for the first 24 hours to expedite the carbonation, but keep it at 5-8psi thereafter otherwise you will be dispensing foam.However, I am doubting its need with the Square Keg. At such low capacity and low pressure settings (less than 8psi) the flow adjustment really didn't affect the pour all that much.
