Buy a tow strap and hook one looped end of it to a tow point with a D-Ring shackle or similar, roll up and stow the free end up high so you don't have to try hooking it all up when your hip-deep in a mudhole. 2. Don't go alone or at the very least tell someone your plans and timetable. 3.Basically you disconnect the battery, leave it disconnected for 20 minutes or so, reconnect it. Start it (which may take several tries). Once it starts, you just let it sit there and idle for a while.
