The name is a combination of the words "Blooper" (what it uses to attack with), and "urn" (which is what it resembles). They attack by opening themselves to send out Bloopers. Outside of battle, Bloopurns will let out a single Blooper to try ... The simple solution is to remove Blooper as an item and make him a playable character. I'm down with that. If he can be playable in Mario Party 8, I don't see any reason he can't be playable in Mario Kart 8. I'm fine with it but keep it as part of the crazy 8 only.
